To preserve server performance and ensure equitable access for all users, HindPDF enforces automated concurrency and quota rate limits on both client-side and server-assisted tools. HindPDF is provided on an “AS-IS” and “AS-AVAILABLE” basis during our active testing and operational phase. While we utilize industry-standard conversion engines (such as LibreOffice, Ghostscript, and OCR models), we cannot guarantee that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, HindPDF, its parent brand HK Vision, its operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of your use or inability to use the platform.
In all circumstances, our maximum aggregate liability to you for any verified claims arising from our services shall be strictly limited to the actual amount paid by you to HindPDF during the thirty (30) days preceding the incident, or โน500 (Indian Rupees Five Hundred), whichever is lower.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HindPDF, HK Vision, and its operators from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or legal expenses resulting from your violation of these Terms, unauthorized use of third-party copyrighted documents, or breach of applicable laws.
These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced exclusively in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
