License Agreement for Copyrighted Materials

This Personal Use License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between hindpdf.com (“Website”) and you (“User”) as of the date of acceptance by User, for the use of copyrighted materials provided by the Website.

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Website hereby grants User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the copyrighted materials provided by the Website (“Materials”) solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Permitted Uses

Users may use the Materials for personal study, educational purposes, and class work. Permitted uses include storing the Materials on any of the User’s personal devices, printing the Materials for personal use, and incorporating the Materials into the User’s personal study and class work.

3. Prohibited Uses

User shall not, under any circumstances:

4. Copyright Notice

5. Termination

This license is effective until terminated by either party. Website reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time if User breaches any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, the User must cease all use of the Materials and destroy any copies of the Materials in the User’s possession.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WEBSITE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Our Jurisdiction, without giving effect to its conflict of laws principles.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Website and User regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral, between the parties regarding such subject matter.

By accessing and using the Materials provided by the Website, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If the User does not agree with any provision of this Agreement, the User should not access or use the Materials.
